A prime example is Ellen, who started as an Administration Assistant and quickly expanded her responsibilities to include data entry and event coordination. Her journey led to a Certificate III in Health & Fitness and a new role with the Sydney Swans women's team through the Employment Connections program. This supportive environment has enabled Ellen to pursue her passions and grow her skillset.
