Tom has extensive knowledge of the property sector gained from his role as executive director of Ray Group, a private property development, investment and management group which he joined in 2003. Since 2009, Tom has committed himself personally and professionally to helping his mate, Perry Cross, launch and operate the Perry Cross Spinal Research Foundation, and later, AHA.
