Speaker Bio

Emma is the Support Coordination Manager at Tibii Disability Support Services. Tibii is the first company (social enterprise) in Australia to utilise the Human Rights Model of Disability, Leadership and Management. Emma is a Registered Nurse and mother and is passionate about using her background of lived experience of recovering from trauma and mental illness before finally receiving diagnoses of neurodivergence at age 43, to effect positive change in the disability sector.

Emma has two children and lots of pets who keep her busy, grounded and smiling outside of work
