In this “how to” session, Steve provides a summary of strategies used by NeuroRehab Allied Health Network to build a positive team culture in their expanding multidisciplinary practice. Participants can focus on reference materials they can use to develop their own practices and demonstrate how NeuroRehab used these to become one of Australia's best workplaces.
Speaker Bio
Steve has over 25 years experience treating clients with neurological injury, establishing what is now NeuroRehab Allied Health Network in 2005. After a working holiday as a neurological physiotherapist in the UK, Steve returned home with a dream to bring a world class, innovative neuro-rehab experience to Australia. NeuroRehab Allied Health Network now has eight clinics across Victoria, NSW and Tasmania, and offer ten allied health professional services: Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Speech Pathology, Music Therapy, Neuropsychology, Clinical Psychology, Behaviour Support, Dietetics and Allied Health Assistants. NeuroRehab has featured on Australia's Best Workplaces list for the past three years running and in 2023 ranked as the 4th Best Workplace in Australia.
