Mary Ingerton

Mary is the General Manager for Support Coordination Academy, who are leaders in developing Support Coordination resources to empower professional Support Coordination practice within the disability sector. All our resources, including training, tools, coaching and consultancy, have a strong focus on supporting and developing a model of best practice for Support Coordinators.

We work with Support Coordination providers nationwide, so get a broad view of the challenges they are facing, especially with having to navigate the ever-changing NDIS environment. However, we also have the privilege of working with Support Coordinators who are passionate about what they do and who have amazing skills in supporting people with disability, to understand the opportunities available to help them achieve the life they want.

This interaction keeps us grounded in what we do and helps us to identify how we can add value to the disability sector, by developing resources and tools that enhance and inform best practice within the Support Coordination role.
